THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE ... Your property will immediately be placed in the Combined LA / Westside (CLAW) & Multi-Regional Listing (MRMLS) Multiple Listing Services (MLS). These listings are accessible by all member agents.
"JUST LISTED" NEIGHBORHOOD ANNOUNCEMENTS ... These mailings will be sent to every home in the area adjacent to your property.
CUSTOM SIGN ... To be placed on your property with your permission.
FLYER/BROCHURE ... Creatively design and print a flyer/brochure of your property.
BROKERS' CARAVAN ... All Malibu and Westside agents will be invited to your home on a Thursday caravan. Food will be served to increase the number of agents attending.
NEWSPAPER ADVERTISING ... Your property will be advertised periodically in the Los Angeles Times and Malibu Times. Every week your property will be advertised in our BILL & BILL Malibu Times ad. Our ad is the largest agent ad in Malibu. Periodic photos of your property will appear in both of these papers.
HOMES AND LAND MAGAZINE ... Your property will be featured in this magazine every month.
INTERNET ADS ... Your property will be listed on BILL & BILL.COM, The Combined LA / Westside (CLAW) & Multi-Regional (MRMLS) Multiple Listing Services (MLS), REALTOR.COM, COLDWELLBANKER.COM.
BILL & BILL MALIBU REAL ESTATE GUIDE ... Your property will be featured in our own personal magazine and distributed throughout Malibu.
OFFICE PRESENTATION AND OFFICE LINK ... Your property will be introduced to our three offices at our weekly meeting and linked to all Coldwell Banker offices.
OPEN HOUSES ... We are available on Saturday and Sunday to hold your home open to the public, and will send out invitations to promote our initial open house.
